We even had one of the other dealers say that the price shown on CarFax and their website was "only 90% of the actual price"... Wow! None of that nonsense at Hillside. Our salesman, Mo was responsive, honest and made it easy for use to purchase the car. We have a "we owe" open item on the car that I'm confident Hillside will address as promised. Got a great price on an Accord I was in the market for a new car and didn't want to haggle on price. I went to the AAA website and requested their negotiated rate for the Accord Sed I was in the market for a new car and didn't want to haggle on price. I went to the AAA website and requested their negotiated rate for the Accord Sedan line including Sport and Ex. Someone from AAA emailed me and asked which dealer I preferred to work with. I picked one local dealer, Hondacity, that proceeded to waste my time and would only give me a final price if I came in to the dealer. I then picked Hillside Honda since it was the next closest dealer. Their Intetnet Sales rep emailed me their e-price sheet. It was the best price I could find and as long as the extras didn't creep in, I would be very happy. I made an appointment and came down on a weekend, which was very busy. The salesman had a good price printed out on a sheet of paper but it was about 700 more than the e-price. I showed my salesmen the email and he got the price approved in less than a minute from one of the managers. BTW, the managers are at a counter out in the open, very transparent. I went for a test ride and then it was time to visit the guy in the small office. The finance manager went over the warranty, and asked if I wanted an extended warranty or alarm. I declined both and he was very low pressure about it. I picked up the car the next day and it was ready on time. In summary a great deal and everyone treated me professionally. In a perfect world I would have been shown all the options on the car, but they focused on the tech screens which definitely confuse most people. In summary, very happy with the car and the deal I got. More

Straight to the point and excellent. I walked in and instantly looked for Muhammad. I was recommended to go see him and told that he and his staff would take care of my every need. I walked up to the podium and he instantly greeted me by my name! He set me up with a very nice young gentleman named Mark. Mark showed me around the two types of Accords I expressed interest in and also took me out onto a test drive. He was very professional and didn't give me the run around like usual car salesmen do. I was able to compare numbers between two cars I liked and ended up choosing to take the model they had on the showroom floor. Once I signed the paperwork my brand new 2016 Honda Accord Sport was prepped, detailed, and ready to go within the hour. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and I will be recommending people to do business at Hillside Honda. Thank you Muhammad and Mark for making the process quick and honest! More
