Sam Pack Ford is professional and absolutely goes the extra mile. As a female walking into the dealership alone, you will quickly know you are now in a place where you can feel safe. This has not been my extra mile. As a female walking into the dealership alone, you will quickly know you are now in a place where you can feel safe. This has not been my experience in the past at other dealerships unfortunately, and I was just floored by their customer service at Sam Pack Ford. I continue to be impressed by this dealership and the professionalism and how much they intend to make you feel like you are taken care of. I would highly recommend them over any Ford dealership in the DFW Metroplex. More

Very arrogant and condescending sales associates. They clearly prioritize immediate and easy sales, dismissing and disrespecting buyers who are still evaluating their purchasing decisions. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
