Easiest purchase ever My husband is in the business, so we buy cars differently. We negotiate the deal ahead of time and come in and do the paperwork. Because of this we often get the "3C" delivery; "See the Car, See the Keys, C ya". Not here. AJ took the time to explain everything to me, he made sure I knew how things worked before I left the lot. he made sure I knew I had his cell phone and told me if I had any questions to call him. Kevin in Finance was great, explained all the options to me, made the process as painless as possible. The deal started with Moe who was professional though the whole process. The exact car I wanted was actually sitting in the MV Mall, once we had a deal, he made sure it was back at the dealership when I was able to come pick it up. When I pulled in and saw it sitting there with a "Do not Sell" notice on the windshield, that made my day. I am so happy with this dealership that I will be coming here for service, even though I have other Mazda dealers closer to my home. These 3 sold me on Capo Mazda completely. More

I went down to the dealership to meet Diego and the rest of the staff of Capistrano Mazda, and was extremely impressed by their level of service. Diego addressed all of my needs from the perspective of a friend rather than just a car salesman. I went in thinking that this would be some kind of sell-job, but he really made me feel welcome and I'm very thankful that he took such a personal interest in my case. I was offered a few incentive programs, and we were able to work out a payment plan that fit perfectly within my budget, while still maintaining the quality of vehicle that I desired. Thanks Diego! I received an email with a personalized video from Marcin within a few hours of submitting an online inquiry Working with Capo Mazda was a pleasure. I received an email with a personalized video from Marcin within a few hours of submitting an online inquiry for my vehicle of interest. Marcin responded to all of my inquires i.e. vehicle pricing, financing terms, color availability, etc. in a very expedient manner. My first visit to the dealership for a test drive was very smooth with no pressure for a sale. When I made the decision to purchase the vehicle Marcin, Tom and Kevin made the process very quick and smooth. The purchase process was by far the quickest I have ever experienced at a dealership with the total time being a little over an hour versus the typical 2-2.5 hours that normally occurred in my past experience. Another bonus, Capo Mazda offers 1 year of complimentary service for all new car purchases! I would definitely recommend Capo Mazda to my friends and family. More

Everyone that works here is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about Mazda products. We never felt pushed into anything we didn't want or need, they were more focused on building trust with us through experience and caring.
