Because of this we often get the "3C" delivery; "See the Car, See the Keys, C ya". Not here. AJ took the time to explain everything to me, he made sure I knew how things worked before I left the lot. he made sure I knew I had his cell phone and told me if I had any questions to call him. Kevin in Finance was great, explained all the options to me, made the process as painless as possible. The deal started with Moe who was professional though the whole process. The exact car I wanted was actually sitting in the MV Mall, once we had a deal, he made sure it was back at the dealership when I was able to come pick it up. When I pulled in and saw it sitting there with a "Do not Sell" notice on the windshield, that made my day. I am so happy with this dealership that I will be coming here for service, even though I have other Mazda dealers closer to my home. These 3 sold me on Capo Mazda completely. More

Marcin responded to all of my inquires i.e. vehicle pricing, financing terms, color availability, etc. in a very expedient manner. My first visit to the dealership for a test drive was very smooth with no pressure for a sale. When I made the decision to purchase the vehicle Marcin, Tom and Kevin made the process very quick and smooth.
