Outstanding. I usually hate having my car serviced because I never know what maintenance really* needs to be done and what I am being charged for, hidden fees, etc I usually hate having my car serviced because I never know what maintenance really* needs to be done and what I am being charged for, hidden fees, etc.. I typically leave mechanics feeling scammed. However, this was not my experience at Hiley. This was my first visit to Hiley and Mo Qaddura was my Service Advisor. Not only did Mo keep me updated throughout the maintenance progress of my vehicle, he gave me a thorough understanding of the work that needed to be completed (now and in the future) and showed me the charges broken down so I could easily understand them. I will be a Hiley customer moving forward solely because of Mo's OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks, Mo! More
