Friendly Neighborhood VW I had a wonderful experience at Hiley VW. Mo was the first to greet me and we chatted about my German Shepherd and he shared pictures of his which mad I had a wonderful experience at Hiley VW. Mo was the first to greet me and we chatted about my German Shepherd and he shared pictures of his which made the initial greet more comforting. I'm new to the area and have always been nervous about using dealerships for service however I have never had a bad experience with Volkswagen. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation which was completed quickly and with no issues. I was provided a private room to do work while I waited and we were offered water and coffee during our stay. All in all, it was a great experience and I look forward to utilizing Mo for all VW needs in the future. More
