I actually drove 40 minutes for their service (when I live 12 minutes from another dealership). Anyway, Mr Mo Q. took great care of me. I was able to get some work done in the waiting area while I waited (appreciate the wifi). I'll say this. I do a lot of reviews. I believe they are helpful to both the customer and business. If I give a 1 🌟, a business is really bad. At the same time if I give a 5 🌟, the business really deserves their credit. I don't evaluate emotionally and try to be fair realizing everyone's experience is different. I observed the service staff as people came in and went out. It is of my opinion that Hiley purposely strives for top notch customer experience. More

He did a quick check on the schedule and 5mins later he was in-processing my car. The work performed greatly improved my sense of confidence in the handling of my car. Steering input was crisp and restored my peace of mind to the capabilities of my GTI. Of all the dealerships in the Metroplex I have been to since 2000, Hiley has never failed to exceed the standard.
