I am born and raised in the Tampa area. I am a huge Tampa Bay Lightning and Rays fan. My number one goal for each and every one of my clients is to help them achieve every goal that they have, and make sure that they are 110 percent satisfied and happy. I started selling cars because of one specific time that my mom was not taken car of at a dealership. Since then, I set out to make sure that not only her, but anyone that I personally took care of, would never have to endure that. I set out to be fast, fair, and efficient with a no pressure environment.

Very friendly I went to get my car serviced. The staff were very friendly and they didn't try to quote me an estimate for a problem that my car didn't have. While I went to get my car serviced. The staff were very friendly and they didn't try to quote me an estimate for a problem that my car didn't have. While there, Jose gave me some options on getting the most out of my car for a trade in which I found interesting. When Mitchell was working with another customer, he made sure someone could help me since he was unable to at the time. Great service. More

Stay away!!! very aggressive sales tactics and damage to my vehicle I recently shopped for a Truck at Elder Ford. The sales staff and process was very deceptive a very aggressive sales tactics and damage to my vehicle I recently shopped for a Truck at Elder Ford. The sales staff and process was very deceptive and unprofessional. I arrived on a Tuesday and agreed on a truck to purchase. As I was signing the purchase paperwork, I asked the Sales person, Sales Manager, and Finance person who the new car was financed with? No one gave me a straight answer and I told them that if the terms of my deal were not going to be me - I did not want the truck. Everyone assured me that everything was fine and to enjoy me new car. I continued to call for the next three days and no one seemed to care. I was promised to get a return call with no luck. I signed all the paperwork, transferred my plate, and even received a congratulations letter about my new purchase. Three days later as I was with my family driving out of town, I received a call notifying me that the purchase could not be met by the terms agreed upon at time of purchase. I called ahead of time on the 4th day and told the sales person that I was on my way to get my car back. Upon my arrival, I waited for 30 mins to be helped, I asked a Manager for help and his reponse to me was very aggressive telling me what I should and should not be doing and we was "busy", expressing to me when he gets time he will then help me. I finally had a women that worked at the front desk that over heard what was going on and talked to another manager. I waiting an additional 40 minutes as they located my car. My car was pulled around and I began to load my car up with my belongings. I discovered the following: 1. The oil light was no on 2. The car is not running as it should 3. The center console was broken 4. The rear view rear was broken 5. All my cables and remaining personal belongings we missing Worst experience ever. More

Horrible customer service Bate and switch dealer. Drew a long distance to see a Truck and they said it was sold. And was offered to look at another Truck. Find another ford dealer They have shady sales practices. More
