I haven’t bought a car for 15 years, so the technology is completely different and intimidating! It’s now like driving a computer! My sales person was Mitch Pollack and he was very patient in explaining the completely different and intimidating! It’s now like driving a computer! Extremely pleased with my experience at this dealership. They found me a great car for a great price. What a fantastic experience at this dealership. As a woman, I can’t tell you how many times I dealt with misogyny when buying a car. I left it up to my husband in recent years because honestly it’s just not worth the aggravation. But Brewster Subaru just blew me away with their professionalism, respect, courtesy and just overall friendliness. I get that salesman are in the business to be “friendly” but the folks at Brewster Subaru appear to be absolutely genuine. They have a great product and really don’t need to engage in a hard sell. They just want to get a great car out there at a fair price. Can’t recommend this dealership enough. Patrick, Rich and Mitch all went above and beyond to help us find the right car at a great deal. If I had one criticism it would be with the owners/designers of the showroom. It’s new, big and beautiful but lacks the warmth that their staff emanates. Hoping they allow some personal touches. But it’s a great dealer selling a fabulous car. I’m having a blast driving it. More
