Best Experience I have had in a car dealership I called Brewster Subaru and spoke with Kim who was very kind and patient on the phone and scheduled me for a test drive . I went into the dealer shi I called Brewster Subaru and spoke with Kim who was very kind and patient on the phone and scheduled me for a test drive . I went into the dealer ship a couple of days later to test drive the car and Kim approached me and introduced herself and to the sales representative Mitchell Pollack who was very kind, and patient with me. Most importantly Mitchell walked me through every step of the way with ease and answered every question that I had. I felt no pressure and felt very comfortable communicating with him. I highly recommend Mitchell and will keep going back to him he is excellent. Next I met the finance Manager Richard who was so personable and as well , he guided me smoothly to the final stages of financing all the way to they keys being in my hands! This is an excellent team there were no hidden agendas pressure and a very positive and professional atmosphere and experience. More

I later emailed him what I thought was a fair price, based on the Kelly Blue Book "Fair Purchase Price". He matched it within a few hundred dollars, which I thought was awesome. I ran the number by another local dealer and they said they couldn't even come close. We conducted the rest of the sale by email. Seriously. The next time I saw him was to pick up the car. I am extremely pleased. Thank you Mitchel for making this a painless experience! :) More

The ease of the process made it a pleasure to purchase my vehicle at Subaru. Mitch went above and beyond working with my husband and I to find me the perfect vehicle at a price we could afford. Mitch took the time to go over all of the new bells and whistles in my new state of the art vehicle. He even left a special Thank you note inside the door to my gas tank with a small monetary donation towards my first fill-up. You cant ask for better customer service than that. More

Mitch Pollak was great, a professional non-hard sell throughout the process from first test driv New to the Subaru brand but interested in a Forester. Mitch Pollak was great, a professional non-hard sell throughout the process from first test drive through availability, delivery scheduling, financing and a one hour in-car tutorial at delivery. The car has many safety features which Mitch made sure I was aware of and knew how to operate before leaving. (He even scheduled the first oil change 6 months in advance. Mr. Christer Cambriello also extremely helpful in straightening out the few complications involved in buying in one state while registering in another. A great dealership. I'm sure everyone at Brewster Subaru operates with the same professionalism but I'd ask for Mitch, second desk on the left. More
