Not only were they honest, they took their time with me, and answered the millions of questions that I had with them. From the first day walking into the dealership to test drive cars to the day I went to pick up my car that I finally decided on -- they were always available and helpful with whatever I needed. I even got a phone call the day after I picked up the car to see how I was enjoying the car. Not many dealerships, have a follow up phone call, it shows they care and stand behind their product. Mitch and Pat were very helpful while I was deciding on the car I wanted and took their time to go over all of my options. Once I picked up the car, Rich was extremely helpful and organized which made the finance process much smoother. He answered all of my questions as well and took his time explaining my extended warranty options. Before driving off, Mitch explained how everything in the car worked which made me feel confident and comfortable with my new purchase. All three of these guys were very patient throughout the process. Not to mention, they were not pushy whatsoever. They were professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them! More

Best Car Purchasing Experience In My Life My wife and I were in the market for a 2020 Subaru Outback. We visited a local dealership and were treated as if they were doing us a favor by sellin My wife and I were in the market for a 2020 Subaru Outback. We visited a local dealership and were treated as if they were doing us a favor by selling a car to us (basically at MSRP). We then visited Brewster Subaru and worked with Mitchel Pollack. I have never met a more professional, honest and low-pressure salesman in my life. Mitch spent as much time as we required reviewing the features of the car, differences with earlier models and addressing any and all questions we had. Most importantly, when he didn't know an answer, he said he didn't know and found out the answer from someone who did. When we were unsure of a "new" feature on the 2020, he told us what it was designed for and was frank that not every driver would find it useful. It was a pleasure dealing with a salesman confident enough to know what he doesn't know and one willing to give an honest opinion. We purchased the car from Mitch at a fair price and I assure you, it will not be the last car we will be buying from him. More
