I could have gone to closer Subaru dealerships but it is worth the extra time to go to Brewster because of the quality people there and their professionalism. You never feel rushed or overwhelmed and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. When you leave with your new car, you are confident that they've explained the car in a very understandable way and you feel that they will continue to be there to support you if you have questions in the future. The finance part with Rich Johnson was great and you feel like you received excellent value. I was very impressed with how they worked in this time of corona-virus --- very safe. As mentioned, this is not my first time there and I was very impressed. I come from a customer service background and they really put the customer ahead of everything else. More

Being a single woman, I can say it is extremely appreciated to deal with someone who is calm, patient and fair versus someone who’s going to try to take as much advantage as possible, especially in the case of male dominated industries. I knew Brewster Subaru was a great experience and found out how great when I went to another dealer when I was price comparing, where I had a very negative experience. When we were completing the process of purchasing a Subaru vehicle, working with Rich Johnson was also a great experience. Both Mitch and Rich are very personable and know their job. The Manager, Patrick Larson, was also very accommodating, friendly and available for any help we needed.
