Best Service by Mitch Roberts I have driven nothing but Nissan vehicles for the past 40 years. I love the quality but as I told Mitch I couldn't say the same for the service depart I have driven nothing but Nissan vehicles for the past 40 years. I love the quality but as I told Mitch I couldn't say the same for the service departments in both Georgia and Texas. He was very patient in listening and made every effort to assure me that this was an excellent service department and that he would welcome me holding him personably responsible. I have to say it was a great experience and Nissan is lucky to have an employee that goes the extra mile. He loves his job and I believe he truly cares that his customers are happy when they leave. He earned my respect and trust. I will be taking my other Nissan in soon. Yes, I have 2. When I bought my Murrano, I kept my Pathfinder because it's still a great vehicle. This is the second time I have done that. Nissan builds them to last and now I can say I think I have a great service department and Mitch will be my "go to" guy, for sure. Thanks Mitch! More
