I would recommend servicing/purchasing a car elsewhere. Service advisor and manager did not care about my car after I bought it from them. Bought a 2018 TLX and my headlights are already faded/hazing. Stat Service advisor and manager did not care about my car after I bought it from them. Bought a 2018 TLX and my headlights are already faded/hazing. Stated “nothing else can be done” after they “attempted” to restore them (they actually look worse now, 08/19/2021). They actually didn’t even bother coming back outside to look at the completed work. If this is the service they provide, I suggest purchasing a car from Findlay Acura (heard of better experiences with similar instances). Oh and apparently this is “due to weather” for a 3 YEAR OLD vehicle. Previously owned a non garage kept vehicle for 8+ years and my headlights looked brand new when I traded the car in. More

CardinaleWay Acura has been my dealer for 9 years. Bought this new car today. Got a very fair deal AND Chip walked me thru all the new bells and whistles. It has them all. I’ve always been treated very fair at the dealership, service has been fabulous. No pressure sales and service. Be sure to ask for Chip in Sales and Mitch in Service. More

Louie and Chip are always so knowledgeable about all the inventory and such a pleasure to work with- I recommend anyone who's looking for a new vehicle to start here ! More
