The best buying/trade-in experience. I had never been to this dealership before but I travelled 100 miles from the Twin Cities because they had the vehicle I wanted on the lot. I started I had never been to this dealership before but I travelled 100 miles from the Twin Cities because they had the vehicle I wanted on the lot. I started a chat dialogue with Justice and that lead to a the face to face meeting. The Sales rep (Joshua Conway) was knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging and we comfortably worked through some negotiation to a purchase agreement. The product was as advertised, the negotiated price was attractive and the trade-in allowance was beyond fair. Closing the deal was made easy by Mitch Evens, the finance officer. I drove in with a 17-year old Toyota 4RNR and drove out with a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I have bought and sold many vehicles in my 70 years but this was by far the best I have ever experienced. More
