Mitch was extremely pleasant to work with and even had me test drive other vehicles to be sure that I was happy. Alex, my sales consultant, was awesome. I have purchased over 30+ vehicles in my lifetime and he was very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all and overall a great experience. Finally, Milton Taylor, their Finance Manager, was also easy going and very nice to work with. A great experience overall. Strongly recommend. More

Mr. Milton also was an absolute professional. Paperwork in order, and excellent at handling other tasks that approached him during our "deal". Thanks to all, I am very satisfied and anytime I have a question or need to re- review my cars capabilities Emily has gotten back to me right away or attended my needs as I stroll in the dealership randomly just to ask something like help me remember how to use my Bluetooth-music list from my phone to my car,lol. I travel the highway very frequently now that I have a second home in Virginia. Driving on top of Blue Mountain is a fun ride and the car never fails me! Love love love it!! They gave space for me and my wife to decide. The purchase process (signing the documents etc.) was very quick. From test drives, locating the exact vehicle I was looking for, answering all my pesky questions, and arranging a same day delivery Mei Kei was a delight to work with and very patient with me. There was never any undue stress involved and no high-pressure sales tactics. The finance manager that I worked with, Milton, was also very professional and easy to work with. Jon Waugh - Friendly, Knowledgeable, Helpful, Fast. Jon Waugh was not pushy, but he was focused on the subject at hand - which was my interest in the features of a new Subaru Forrester Touring. He not only told me and showed me the new features on the automobile but when my wife called during his demonstration, he spoke pleasantly with her about the safety features she was most interested in. Indeed, his explanations and genuine understanding of these features sold my wife on the car over the phone. I had to admire how Jon had an answer for every obstacle to an immediate sale that I put in his way. His sense of humor about my roadblocks to a sale made these efforts of his very agreeable to me. And I soon knew that when I bought, it would be from Jon. However, I told him that my wife and I would not be serious about buying a new car for over a month - sometime in the coming year. My wife and I came in so she could drive the car and Jon's engaging personality and positive attitude convinced us to listen and soon to agree to buy that very day. So much for waiting till next year. But we are happy and feel we have a friend in Jon, whose enthusiasm for our new car experience was a pleasant experience that put smiles on all of our faces. More
