Be very careful buying a used car from here. Major issues before I even made one car payment! Also, don't get suckered in to their GAP insurance. They don't tell you the entire amount is added to your loan, so you're also paying interest on it. Also, won't let you cancel it. Suddenly my loan amount was over $1,400 more than my car purchase price! What a scam!!! More

Sales staff was so friendly and warm, me and my wife met most of the staff during the time at the dealership. Really made us feel a part of a family. This is really a place you would come get a cup of coffee(really good coffee) and hang out with the staff. I'm new to the brand and let me tell you... Mazda is a hidden Gem out of the japanese car brands. Bang for Buck your going to get a quality car with premium features and still be able to keep your light on. More

Best dealership around, hands down. Normally, I do not review dealerships, because well... Most of them aren't very good. That is not the case with Mazda of Bedford. I made an inquiry online in early May about a phenominal deal they were running on the left over new 2018 Mazda3's and almost immediately I was called and emailed by Mike Kertis. I showed up randomly after work one day to peak at the car I inquired about, and unfortunately Mike was not there, but Mark Rice stepped up and took care of me. This was in early May. Mark is very kind, and professional and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about Mazdas. I never drove a Mazda (of any model) prior to my test drive of the 2018 Mazda3 with Mark, but between the car and Mark's knowledge I was sold. I wanted the car, badly. I was a bit upside down in the car I traded in due to my own stupidity of buying a car that depreciated way faster than I could pay it down, and Manager Scott stepped up and helped me as much as he could, getting me to a comfortable area where I could trade it in. Between some money down on my part, Scott's help, and Ray Cieslak hunting for the best finance option, I was able to secure the car at a payment I was happy with, on a car I was 10x happier with than my previous. I picked up the car on a different day. That's when I met Mike Kertis. Mike was so friendly and told me even MORE about the car that I didn't know. He also delivered it to me, and I've never experienced a delivery quite like this one. It was detailed to the hilt, pulled inside with a sold sign on it, and Mike helped me download the My Mazda app, taught me how to use it, paired my phone with the car, and again taught me more about the car. Last but not least, I got my first service today at Mazda of Bedford and met Milo Milosevic. Milo knew my name as soon as I walked in and told me all that they were going to do. He provided me with a rebate form to get 15$ off my next oil change, and gave me a bag of snacks to eat while I waited. The service waiting room had delicious coffee with "all the fixens" and water and soda. The oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner, they washed my car, and much to my surprise gave me $25 off my bill for my first service. I'm so amazed at this dealerships effort to go above and beyond for their customers. I will NEVER step foot on another Mazda lot as long as I live in North East Ohio. They have earned my recommendation, and my repeated business. Way to go guys!! More

Great service visit Had a problem with brakes on 2017 3. Out of warranty BUT Milo had me call Mazda customer care and they ended up covering most of the cost. They also tacked my bumper fascia back on at no charge. Car was done and cleaned in a day! I’ve used them for years going back to my Saab days. Good bunch. More

Bad Service Experience I bought a 2016 Mazda 6 last March. It began making clicking noises Fall of 2016. On my next oil change I reported it to the service team, who initi I bought a 2016 Mazda 6 last March. It began making clicking noises Fall of 2016. On my next oil change I reported it to the service team, who initially brushed it off as a twig. Then they kept saying they were not able to diagnose it. 3 weeks ago, a service technician finally got in the car with me, and we found the issue to be the infotainment screen which shakes when the car goes over bumps. This causes it to rattle. Now that the problem had been diagnosed, I assumed the fix ought to be quick. Instead it has turned out to be anything but. The technician first stated they had heard about the problem for the first time, and would have to check with Mazda. They never got back to me, and I had to keep calling them a few times. I emailed the salesperson who'd sold me the car, and he came back with the same shpiel. The best part was I was able to find the display screen rattle being discussed online, and has been an issue with Mazda 6s since 2016. The folks there stated one could insert a foam sheet and make the problem go away. The technician offered to do this. I took it in, and while the technician inserted the sheet, and claimed they'd duplicated the problem and fixed it, they'd done no such thing. The problem still exists. As one of my friends stated, when technicians resort to do it yourself fixes, it is symptomatic of a much larger problem with Mazda and its dealers. I urge drivers to stay away from Mazda 6s and Mazda of Bedford, Bedford OH. More

They destroyed my Mazda 3 I have to give this dealership a 1 star, and will advise anyone to NOT use their service center. Less than a year ago I had my 2007 Mazda 3 hatch in f I have to give this dealership a 1 star, and will advise anyone to NOT use their service center. Less than a year ago I had my 2007 Mazda 3 hatch in for an issue and asked them to please check over my transmission. They said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and said it was just my cable causing my gears to disconnect. I had it in again a couple months later, because the issue was never fixed. They told me once again that my transmission was doing great. I also looked at my car when I pulled out of the dealership and it looked like a car side swept my back left quarter panel and my reflector was missing. They told me that wasn't their problem. A few days ago, I had my car towed in! My car was no longer going into park, neutral or drive. They call me a few hours later and tell me my cars destroyed, because my transmission is blown. Can't imagine how upset I was? I was fuming, because I owed $3,600 on the vehicle still and had it checked over by them twice!! Mazda certified technicians my butt. They tried to sell me a car, and told me that transmissions can randomly just go. I now own a 2017 Jeep Compass, that I had to roll negative equity into, because these mechanics do NOT know what they're doing! More

Unscheduled maintenance / Excellent service I own two 2014 CX-5's both purchased from a different dealer. I elected to use Mazda of Bedford for my service rather than the selling dealer (Eastsid I own two 2014 CX-5's both purchased from a different dealer. I elected to use Mazda of Bedford for my service rather than the selling dealer (Eastside Mazda) because Eastside Mazda failed to provide warranty information on their extended warranty program at the time of delivery and then refused to honor the warranty after I completed routine maintenance (oil changes, etc) at NTB. In addition, Service personnel at Eastside Mazda were arrogant, aloof. Mazda of Bedford welcomed me, enabled my service needs by arranging short-notice service requests and then provided discounts even though I had no coupons. Most importantly, they completed my service correctly including service bulletin updates. The Service Manager, Michelle was cooperative and helpful, but I especially appreciated my interface with Milo Milosevic. Lastly, the service bays are clearly visible and accessible. Mechanics are friendly, willing to communicate/educate. More

INITIAL OIL CHANGE I scheduled my oil change on - line (at my convenience ) . As I had previously met Milo and Michelle ( when purchasing my 2014 3 hatchback, and 2015 I scheduled my oil change on - line (at my convenience ) . As I had previously met Milo and Michelle ( when purchasing my 2014 3 hatchback, and 2015 Miata ) they recognized me when I arrived, and my scheduled oil change proceeded at 9:00 - no waiting! My oil change only took approximately 20 minutes - I passed the time by chatting with Craig Toddy and Shannon Clark about the new 2016 Miata and when it might be available to this dealership. Tremendously Satisfied !! More

2013 Jeep Rubicon to 2015 Mazda 3 S GT I had to get rid of my Jeep as I am expecting a child. The 2 door Rubicon was not conducive to having a family, but I am very happy with the change. Milo & Steve were great; the dealership offered me fair price on my trade which four other dealerships failed to do. I would go back again or even recommend anyone to visit Mazda of Bedford. More
