I went to purchase a Camry 2026 and this dealership had 2 in stock that I liked. Upon reaching out I was helped by a gentleman who did a great job selling me a car via text! The next day I went to complet in stock that I liked. Upon reaching out I was helped by a gentleman who did a great job selling me a car via text! The next day I went to complete the transaction and was met with nothing but greed and unprofessionalism. Salesman was wearing a suede jump suit, the finance officer tried to squeeze every dime possible from me even method acting at one point. I went to sign and was transferred to another person and the “system had a glitch” so I had to go back and resign! I refused the extra insurance and gap insurance only to see it on the old deal so I argued for 3 days over the price with the finance officer! The car wasn’t washed or detailed upon delivery, the mats are from a different car, and I didn’t get the net for the trunk! Paid a premium for horrible service and a base car. I expected better. More
