I called Mike Wirth before visiting dealership and we agreed on the price I wanted to pay for that particular model. The price we paid was exactly the one we agreed on and we never felt being pushed into buying any additional services or packages, even though we were given complete explanation what are those additional services / packages are. Mike explained everything we needed to know about our new car, and took care of all paperwork.
