Trevor was very helpful and very personable. Terrible service. They took around 3-4 for a simple oil change. I could have taken it somewhere else and been done within an hour. The guy told me that they had the key in another car that had been taken to get test driven. Never coming to this dealership ever again. Worst experience ever. More
