Just the worst, Horrible dealer and service experience, bought a 2016 Hyundai Tucson from here and they lied and said it was still under the 100,000m/10y warranty (the vehicle had 65,000 miles on it) drove bought a 2016 Hyundai Tucson from here and they lied and said it was still under the 100,000m/10y warranty (the vehicle had 65,000 miles on it) drove it for 2 years and and had maintenance done right when it should have for the whole time and then the engine started knocking worse than their moms on Valentine’s Day, I stopped driving it immediately and trailered it over there, I took it in and knew it needed a new engine at that point and they said they would get that done, then I get a call saying it wasn’t under warranty at all, they gave me an estimate for a new engine and labor for $13,000!!!!!! AND they said they are still going to charge me for looking at the car to tell me it needed a new engine which I already knew, so another $165 completely wasted!! I had also talked to a salesman when I was there dropping it off originally and had talked to him about looking at a car that was at a different local Hyundai dealership that I was quite interested in and he said he could get it transferred to this dealership so that I could look at it and quite possibly buy, so I set a appointment and he says the that he will have the car there, well then I show up to the appointment and the car isn’t there and he denies ever saying he would have the car there and the appointment was to go over numbers and basically just buying the car before even looking at it or driving it, I just said forget it and walked out, never buying another Hyundai or Kia ever again and would highly recommend anyone else do the same, scams and liars, take my advice and learn from my experience do NOT buy a car from Hyundai or Kia or this dealership!!!!!! More
