AnnaMarie was super sweet and knowledgeable of the vehicle I leased. However, I’m not sure if I will return to Honda Tenafly once my lease is up. After reading through my lease contract I discovered m vehicle I leased. However, I’m not sure if I will return to Honda Tenafly once my lease is up. After reading through my lease contract I discovered my old vehicle sold for a lot more than what I was told it would sell for. I was told I would be responsible for the remaining balance which was applied to my lease contract pushing up my monthly lease payments. I reached out to AnnaMarie with my concerns and her response was that the payments are higher because I had extras added to the vehicle. This wasn’t the conversation we initially had the day of the sale. I felt she was not completely honest with me regarding the whole deal. This is an update to my previous review, I want to take this time to thank Mr. Mike Varela for taking his time and explaining the terms of my car lease. He definitely showed interest and care for my concerns and worked along AnnaMarie to resolve them. AnnaMarie was great, helpful and resourceful in finding the perfect vehicle for me.
