Different models, styles, options, every time we changed our minds or direction it was no problem. He truly was there to help and not push us toward the sale. This is the reason we have been back to Klaben Ford of Warren for so many years, no pressure, friendly, considerate. We have been to other dealerships for different models, and frankly we don't like the games. We have never felt uncomfortable with Mike and the service we have received at Klaben's has been exceptional.
