Very Happy With Purchase Experience I recently purchased a used vehicle at Luther and it was my first experience ever with Luther Buick GMC and I was very pleased with the experience. I initiated my inquiry using an app and was promptly responded to. Nathan quickly connected me with Nevin when I was able to schedule a test drive, I came by that evening and again the next day to complete the purchase. Everyone was very courteous and respectful, I think pricing was fair for both parties, and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to. I would recommend Luther to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle in the Fargo area! More

Easy car buying experience. I came in on the last day of rebates. Promptly had a Salesmen and told him the vehicle I was interested in. As soon as I got to the dealership Karen was so nice and answered all questions I had and explained the Luther Advantage. She also went out of her way to make the few blemishes on the used car I purchased less noticable. They got us through with the financing as quickly as possible for a busy Saturday. Mark was quick and explained everything well. The whole experience from start to finish was great. More

Good thing for a second chance The first day I came in everything was going great up until I stated I was going to finance through my bank. I was supremely happy and ready to purcha The first day I came in everything was going great up until I stated I was going to finance through my bank. I was supremely happy and ready to purchase the vehicle I was test driving up until that point. The customer service aspect at that point nose dived. I left unhappy and not wanting to purchase through that sales rep. They kept walking away from me and not answering questions. I even went to a different dealer ship the next day. I had a friend recommend Andrew to me if I wanted to purchase the vehicle I test drove. I came back to Luther and my experience was a 180° from the night before. Andrew was awesome and willing to explain everything to me. I ended up very happy with my purchase and would come back to work with him again. More
