Awesome dealership! I have been to this dealership multiple times for multiple cars and their services, I have always been treated respectfully, and personably. The salespeople I’ve encountered are genuine, kind and helpful. I’ve recently dealt with Steve, and although I didn’t get the answer I hoped for, he was honest and was looking out for my personal interest. Not sure what two years will bring, but I definitely look forward to having him help me! More

Worst service department!! I drove in at 7:30 am and was greeted by the advisor I let him know my AC was out on my 2017 traverse and it’s 90 degree day and was told they are a w I drove in at 7:30 am and was greeted by the advisor I let him know my AC was out on my 2017 traverse and it’s 90 degree day and was told they are a week out and they can’t help me!! I drove to Walser Buick gmc in Bloomington to service my Chevrolet and got in and out with a free rental and the vehicle was fixed in 5 hours!! How does this happen at a huge dealership south of the river. I’m extremely disappointed in Jeff velvet and will never do business with them. Walser Customer for life... shame on you belzer. More

Poor customer service. Found the car we wanted and it took 7.5 hours to complete the sale. W e paid cash. Had to send the car through detailing 3 times and they had to re do Found the car we wanted and it took 7.5 hours to complete the sale. W e paid cash. Had to send the car through detailing 3 times and they had to re do the 150 pt insp because it wasn't complete. And possibly the worst salesman ever. Never going back. More

Ruined Transmission I brought my car in for a recall repair, which was the transmission. After 1 week, I got my car back and was told I had a rebuilt transmission. Fast f I brought my car in for a recall repair, which was the transmission. After 1 week, I got my car back and was told I had a rebuilt transmission. Fast forward to 15 months later and my car is starting to slip gears when I drive. I bring it to a transmission shop and am told that my transmission needs to be rebuilt. I said how is that possible? I just had Jeff Belzer fix this and they rebuilt it 15 months ago. I called Belzer and explained the situation, and they said they have a 12 month, or 12,000 mile warrant on their repairs. I ended up paying $5,000 to have the transmission shop fix my car. When the transmission shop took it all apart, they said that 1 of the parts in the transmission was put in wrong and caused the whole thing to break. I called Belzer after the repair and talked to the service manager, and told him what happened. He told me he would look into and call me back. I never heard from him again. Don't bring your vehicle to belzer for anything. They could cost you a lot more money in the long run, and they obviously dont stand by their work. More

Recall service oil change service from top to bottom when we bought a car took three days to guide you still in calls back we had to make the aggressive move so we can get a car I hav from top to bottom when we bought a car took three days to guide you still in calls back we had to make the aggressive move so we can get a car I have the free oil changes but they set the computer to 8000 so they don’t have to give you that many oil changes everyone changes or 3000 miles not 8000 When we had a Richard Seabell they messed up the little flurry things so does doesn’t get underneath the seat my car came with warped rotors you wanted to charge us for them when I argue also when we bought the car it was used but it was no now that they should’ve replaced the tabs but they didn’t they were close dated and not really lysing that they expired and we got a ticket but they wouldn’t own up or even try to help More

Never return calls or email This is the 3rd time I have had to deal with Belzer. Bought a brand new Ram truck and at 40,000 miles both rear shocks went bad. I have owned 20 car This is the 3rd time I have had to deal with Belzer. Bought a brand new Ram truck and at 40,000 miles both rear shocks went bad. I have owned 20 cars in my lifetime, some with 200k miles and I have never had shocks go out. Yes their warranty is for 36,000 miles but shocks don't just break, they go bad over time so I thought I would try and contact the service manager to see if they would be willing to do something about it. I tried to call Mike Shape, left a message. Emailed him, no reply. Repeat. Same. My last issue I had to go all the way to the owner via letter to actually get someone to return a call and then the person that did was a complete jerk because I went over his head to the boss. I feel like I am part of some weird reality show where I buy a car and am completely ignored every time I have a problem. I wish I could park my truck in the middle of their lot, light it on fire, and throw them the keys. Unfortunately I am stuck with this piece of crap until the engine blows at 101,000 miles (warranty up at 100,000). More

Aweful Experience The service department lacks customer service skills, as well as knowledge of diesel vehicles. They had our truck for 29 days when nothing was wrong The service department lacks customer service skills, as well as knowledge of diesel vehicles. They had our truck for 29 days when nothing was wrong after they completed an initial update to an electrical component. Filed a complaint with Chrysler due to the length of time they had the vehicle and the tests they chose to use to determine something was wrong with the fuel. We were never contacted by service manager, even after he was contacted by Chrysler. The service manager indicated he was not contacted by Chrysler. He also indicated that the tests they used were standard protocal. I contacted Chrysler and two other service providers for Dodge vehicles and was told that this test was not standard protocal. Also, the test is not accurate in any way. However, it caused the dealer/service department to keep the vehicle for 15 more days. As soon as we were given the go ahead to drive the vehicle. We brought it to another dealership and they determined within 24 hours that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. We missed our vacation and another trip to visit family because of the lack of knowledge in the service department. Not to mention the blatant lies we were told. We will never use this dealer for anything again. More

Service department I bought a new 2015 Silverado and the salesman and the loan officer was great to deal with. Then I had a problem with the hvac and door locks, this is when the service went bad. The service manager said he would call me back the next day with what they would do to correct the problem, that was on Tuesday and still no word from him and it is now Thursday pm. I called and left a message for Jeff Belzer to call me on Wednesday and as of Thursday pm still no call from him. The service is the worst I have ever had from any chev dealer and I have been buying chev cars and trucks since 2006 just not from this dealership. THIS WILL BE THE LAST VEHICLE I EVER buy from a Belzer owned company. More
