Sara, we are sorry to hear about your transmission problems. According to our records, we did a special policy through General Motors to a portion of your transmission almost 3 years ago. This special coverage was warrantied for 1 year or 12,000 miles. Based on the time from our last encounter with your vehicle and the fact that we didn't diagnose the last repair, it is hard to say if this was in fact a problem that came from your visit 3 years ago or not.

Unless your going to give me a hell off a deal trading in my Dodge truck for a new Chevrolet, not interested. Been trying to sell the truck but no one wants it and I am not going to give it away. Had to pay a local shop to replace the shocks as it was too dangerous to drive and I couldn't get it into another dealer shop in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, I am going to have to return for what I am sure is only the first of many recalls on the truck. Bob Nihart Apple Valley
