Though I have been a Honda owner since my first car at 16, this was my first time leasing with Honda. He took the time to work within my budget, and even managed to find me 6 speed manual in the model I chose. He was knowledgeable and patient in teaching me all the modern safety and comfort features in the new model civic. I’ve been working in the customer service industry for as long as I’ve been buying from Honda. I understand what it means to have competent hardworking staff; the kind that not only excels at their job, but leaves a positive lasting impression with customers. People like this can be hard to find, but clearly at Honda that doesn’t seem to be the case. Alexey personifies the level of excellence I’ve come to expect from Honda, Specifically Autopark Honda in Cary. This is the kind of sales staff I wish every business had. I’d also like to thank Mike Reeve, for coming out to make sure I was satisfied with my experience. It was a nice added touch; “pure class Honda, good job”.
