Horrible experience. Agreed to sell me a car at MSRP and gave a lowball offer on our trade in and a terrible rate on Financing. The Salesman said if we could get a bett Agreed to sell me a car at MSRP and gave a lowball offer on our trade in and a terrible rate on Financing. The Salesman said if we could get a better rate and price to go ahead and find on my own. Once I did, I came back to buy the car and they refused to sell at MSRP since I wasn’t financing or trading in. Salesman and Mgr were beyond rude. We have bought 5 Hondas and won’t ever buy another one. More
