Mark in Finance was very helpful and found me a few hundred bucks by canceling an old warranty. Service Managers are all great and usually the service department is fairly quick for routine matters. I guess it also helps when you walk in the door knowing exactly what you want but Craig (my salesman) had to do the research to find the EXACT car that I wanted. I drove it off the lot within a week. I'm very happy with my beautiful new Genesis Coupe! More

Great Experience Pleased with the professional and courteous service we received yesterday. We were in a bind on a Sunday evening, by discovering my daughter's car had Pleased with the professional and courteous service we received yesterday. We were in a bind on a Sunday evening, by discovering my daughter's car had no working brake lights. We tried to replace the bulbs and fuse ourselves that night, but they still would not work. We called Hyundai of Cool Springs on Monday morning and brought the car in with no appointment. The service dept was very busy and had a full load that day. I explained my daughter was having to drive back to college that day, and we would need the car back whether it was fixed or not, but would appreciate anything they could do to see what the problem was quickly. Three hours later, they called and had found the brake switch was bad, replaced the switch and bulbs and got her on the road at lunchtime. She made it back to her college before dark, in a working, safe vehicle, which alleviated a lot of stress on her parents! Can't thank Mike Pierce and Eric Warner enough for helping us out in a precarious situation, so quickly. More
