A very pleasant guy from moment one, he ushered me through the process with great care and consideration. Never once did I feel pressured, and more often It felt like he was in MY side. From my first call in, to showing the car, and even following up after the purchase, Mike Peters is an absolute gentleman. I would suggest anyone shopping for a car in the Springfield area to head over to Thompson dealership, and if you do - ask for Mike! More
