Ramon Martinez was the salesman that helped us and he was excellent. He helped me get the color that I wanted and worked on the price I was comfortable with. He was very attentive and didn't make me feel pressured to buy when I wasn't ready. Mike Perez was willing to negotiate and helped us find a price that we both agreed was fair. David Zuniga went out of his way to make sure the right car was delivered as soon as possible and was in good condition. Marion Swain was so helpful in explaining everything in the contract. She was very sweet and made sure we were treated right. Overall our experience at Toyota Ventura was very pleasant and I will definitely be recommending friends and family to purchase here. More

He had all the information on the model that my wife and Iwere interested in and even provided other product information that helped us make a decision on what model to settle on, he was very professional in a very friendly way that made us feel no pressure to buy right now. So after offering to let us take a truck for a test drive we sat down and told him the equipment that was important to us. He the went to check the availability of what was availible and found the modle we wanted and told us he would be happy to work with us to do a dealer trade and get us that spacific truck witch he did and were able to do a deal and take the truck home.I will be referring Ventura Toyota to everyone and will send them to Ramon Martinez. Finally got the deal and the service I was looking for! I drive a hard bargain and I had been frequenting five other dealerships in two cities when I finally found these guys. After spending a couple of weeks driving cars and negotiating offers, I called Ventura Toyota and asked to talk to any salesperson. Lucky for me, I was connected with Daniel Leon and he gave me straight answers over the phone. Together with manager, Mike Perez, they figured out a way to get me the deal I was looking for on my first choice car. I drove from Santa Barbara and by the time I left that night, I had leased the car I wanted for even less than Daniel quoted on the phone. The facility is so clean and classy, and all the men that helped me that night (sales, management, service and financing) were so friendly and generous. I have bought and leased many cars over the years and this was the most awesome car buying experience I have ever had! Thanks, Daniel, Mike and everyone at Ventura Toyota! More
