Pleasant fast talkers Purchased a vehicle and after papers were signed dealer informed me there was no sd card for the navigation bc previous owner removed. They would orde Purchased a vehicle and after papers were signed dealer informed me there was no sd card for the navigation bc previous owner removed. They would order and provide free of charge. Asked me if I wanted to come back and have them put in or send to me in the mail. I opted for the mail as the dealership is 30 mins from my house. They put it in the mail on Saturday, I received the envelope that coming Monday only to discover it was removed from the envelope. I called the dealer the best they could say was contact post office and to replace it, it would cost me 2-300! I asked why would you allow something that expensive to be mailed AND why would you put it in a regular envelope rather than something padded or registered and I was told since it was small it was put in a regular envelope. This is absurd. I should've gone with my gut and not purchased this car bc they were too quick to constantly ask when my bank would send a check, they were quick to glaze over the fact there was only 1 key fob, and that there is no remote start unless you either get the app (which I later found would cost 99/year, which they didn't mention ) or I could have it installed for 595. If this car went through a review process when they received it, some basic checks were seriously missed and makes me wonder the quality cars they are willing to sell without a thorough review. If it had gone through the inspection, why wasn't it certified? But I guess what do they care they have their money. I can guarantee they will never have me or anyone I know as a customer again. More
