I did not sign it, reminding them of what I told them originally. Amber told me that Mile Hi Security Coverage automatically came with the purchase of my car. At closing time, it was not even listed on the Invoice or Application. The purchase had to be amended, and as it turned out, was added to the purchase, instead of included with it. Please don't mislead customers, and say that something is included, if it is not Furthermore, when the Customer tells you they already have pre-approved Financing from their own lender, honor it, and don't try to use another, behind the Customer's back, and try to sneak it into closing!! More
