I have worked with Daniel several times in the past and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. I love working with him and trust that my vehicle will be taken care of when he is he has always gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. I love working with him and trust that my vehicle will be taken care of when he is involved. Last visit I worked with Mike briefly at first and Brian for the remainder of the service. Mike was friendly and professional, very quick to assist. Brian took the time to answer my several questions and provided me with some helpful insight on my vehicle. Austin picked me up for a courtesy ride back to the dealership. I have also worked with Austin several times and he has always been friendly and professional and is a safe driver. I have never experienced anything less than excellent service from the service department and that is the reason why I continue to bring my vehicle there. I live closer to competitive ford dealerships and could easily save time and effort by visiting those dealerships instead but still decide to go out of my way to visit Walker Ford. The level of care and quality of work by these guys mentioned and also the mechanics are the reason why I continue to be a customer at Walker Ford. More
