I always thought those cert. checklists were bogus and this experience proved it. They just check all the boxes on the cert. form and wella, a perfect used Audi. The dealership more than made up for this mishap though. I am a happy customer. More

Excellent Customer Experience I recently purchased a 2019 RS5 from Audi Hoffman Estates, working with Mike Macedon. My wife purchased her 2018 TTRS from Audi Hoffman Estates and ha I recently purchased a 2019 RS5 from Audi Hoffman Estates, working with Mike Macedon. My wife purchased her 2018 TTRS from Audi Hoffman Estates and had also worked with Mike Macedon. We are new to the concept of having to order a car - but when you want a specific car, ordering one is the easiest way (even if you have to wait several months for it to arrive). Our previous experience with Mike was beyond excellent. He is knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and very attentive. He explained every part of the process and went through all of the options and specs. He had previously gone through all of this with my wife's TTRS purchase last year and was patient and thorough enough to go through it with me this year. We have 100% trust in Mike and Audi Hoffman Estates. It is nice to work with a family run business that promotes camaraderie. The delivery day was extremely smooth. Mike kept in touch with us while the RS5 was being built, shipped, and finally when it was delivered. We set up an appointment at a time he recommended and when we arrived, all the paperwork was done. We were in possession of the car in minutes! We have never been disappointed with any aspect of our purchases. Working with Mike has kept us coming back and we hope to continue to work with Mike for all of our future purchases. We have worked with Rick Kelstrom in Service ever since Mike introduced us, and we trust Rick 100% with the care and maintenance of our vehicles. We couldn't be happier! More
