My wife & I currently own two Infinitis, our 3rd & 4th. We purchased the last 3 from Riverside Infiniti & had all 4 serviced there. Until it closed. I am familiar with the automotive service industry. & did light mechanical work as a side job as a young man & serviced my own cars out of distrust for the industry & for economic reasons. In spite of my misgivings, Mike has earned my trust & we have actually bonded. I was quite impressed when Jeremy gave me a tour of his new cutting edge service department. It's lighting, computer technology, heating & cooling, & tool storage all influence & support the technicians performance, which I feel is top notch. I am also aware that many of Riverside Infinitis technicians followed Mike to Ontario. Mike is polite, professional, highly efficient, has always accommodated the needs of me & my wife, & I can't see ever buying another car elsewhere or getting it serviced anywhere else. More

Very clean and organized. Tried to schedule my service through their assistant online, you know the one that "pops" when you go on their website. They said they would contact me but nothing ever happened through their assistant online, you know the one that "pops" when you go on their website.
