I called in the Service dept, my car started making some weird engine noise. Mike told me that I could bring it in to get it checked out. I towed my car in and as soon as I got there, John, invited me in, weird engine noise. Mike told me that I could bring it in to get it checked out. I towed my car in and as soon as I got there, John, invited me in, and started helping me, I didn't have to wait. They fixed my car same day, I got Lyft rides at no charge to me, to and from home to the dealership. When I picked up my car it had gotten a wash and vacuum! Everything was excellent and smooth! Thank you so much Mike and John for making this experience an easy and less frustrating for me. I recommend this Dealership! More

When I called to make my reservation, the lady I spoke with was very professional. I picked the day and she gave me the available times. When I got there, Mike was very professional and friendly. I told him about my having to put air in my back tire every other week; he notated it and it was taken care off. The wait was a bit long but it was a Friday and there were quite a few customers waiting when I got there. The courtesy car wash was icing on the cake. I'll definitely return. More

Infiniti of Ontario is great, always deserve 5 stars. Everyone there is super nice and helpful but Mike Longridge is one of the big reasons we keep coming back. We live up the hill in the high desert and yesterday's service was under kind of a tight window to get back home for another appointment, Mike arranged with the awesome loner car department for us to use a car to get our errands done locally while we waited, we barely got them done before the well oiled machine service department had our SUV ready. Don't see us going anywhere else anytime soon! More
