Jason reviewed my previous service work with me and verified what service was currently due. I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle in the shop and also that I needed a new battery. Service Advisors are great, had appointment scheduled for eleven o'clock, I found out that I could not make it an hour prior to that. Called the dealership, and was able to re arrange it for the same date l eleven o'clock, I found out that I could not make it an hour prior to that. Called the dealership, and was able to re arrange it for the same date later on in the afternoon. No problem. To me having a busy schedule, and being able to do that with such short notice, in todays busy world is fantastic service for them to do something like that for me. It's the little things like that that mean the most. They work with you not against you. Thank you service department. More

I had an emergency situation with a loose air bag on the steering column. Had not appointment but dropped off over night for early handling. They fixed the loose air bag quickly but also noticed my inspecti steering column. Had not appointment but dropped off over night for early handling. They fixed the loose air bag quickly but also noticed my inspections were coming due and reminded me and offered to do them while the car was there. I'm notorious for overlooking the due dates on the inspections so I took them up on the offer and eliminated one extra trip to the dealership. Their phone calls and heads up treatment give me great confidence. More
