On December 7th, after some consideration, I texted Aaron Riel to express our readiness to proceed with leasing an Equinox, hoping to take advantage of some nationally advertised lease incentives. The very next day, December 8th, we finalized our decision, a testament to Aaron's responsiveness and the dealership's efficiency. Aaron Riel's approach was a breath of fresh air in the often strenuous world of car sales. He exuded authenticity and patience, a rare combination in this industry. His commitment to our needs, without the typical sales pressure, allowed us the space and time to make the best decision for our family.
