I've gotten burned from car salesman in the past.. She also got me a great deal! Doug also was a big help and finalized the purchase with me. Went through a lot of details and took care of a few scratches I asked for on the car. Paul put the finishing touches on a great experience. My wife and I saw this first-hand when Executive Manager-Mike Korallus took the time not only to listen to her concerns about the beautiful G37 Convertible that she loves so much but to actually come up with a solution that was fair. On top of that we had an excellent overall service department experience. Service Director-Antwan Hicks was professional, extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. To my wife's surprise, Hillary Owens wasn't working with us directly but took the time to help her select a loaner car that she would be the most comfortable driving. My wife and I both agree that although we live in Indianapolis, it’s worth the 200 mile trip to Infiniti of Naperville because we feel we can count on this dealership to treat us like valued customers.
