Sullivan’s NorthWest Hills has been our dealership for a number of years now and they are worth every mile, minute & dollar to do business with! When we were leasing vehicles, all our contracts were smooth number of years now and they are worth every mile, minute & dollar to do business with! When we were leasing vehicles, all our contracts were smooth & easy and the cars were great! When we returned to buying outright, NWH was excellent in acquiring a vehicle with the options we’d looked for & requested. Service on all these vehicles over the years has been exemplary, and body work needed from a few weird accidents, were done right. Our most recent service visit left us needing a loaner vehicle for the day and we were pleasantly surprised to be loaned a brand new Cadillac SUV…sweet ride and a great way to check out Cadillac for a possible purchase in the future. NWH does it right! More

Had to come in to get some accessories installed that were not on the vehicle when delivered and had to talk to someone about a sales paperwork issue. Service was very fast and I was on my way.
