My wife and I visited the dealership 2 times for fact finding and test drives. More importantly, when we told him that it would take a couple weeks to make a decision he did not constantly bug us with phone calls. On the 3rd visit after spending a couple more hours with Lee exploring options, we purchased a new vehicle for what we considered to be a reasonable price. In addition to Lee, we met several other of the members of the staff and were very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness that was demonstrated by all. In particular, Mike Henry was extremely helpful in explaining many of the technical features of our new Jeep prior to us driving it off the lot. In summary, we were treated in a very professional manner without be subjected to high pressure tactics and this turned out to be a great car buying experience. More

The whole team did a great job during the sale of our Chryser 300, no pressure during the shopping process and they saved us money by beating my wifes credit union financing by a full 2%, doesn't sound like much, but in these tough economic times every little bit helps. The only thing I could possibly ding them for is they are quick to put a dealer plate on the front bumper, I can't stand a plate on the front bumper, it leaves two holes in the bumper after you remove it. Paul Thomas and Mike Henry are truly professionals and a huge asset to the McKinney sales Team. More
