I only went to the dealership to pick up the car. The finance manager, Mike, was great. Enough information to make add on decisions, however not too pushy. I buy a lot of vehicles. He is professional. As everyone knows almost every dealership has the identical sales tactics. Get you on the floor, then the fun begins, back and forth to the sales manager to get you the best deal possible. What a pain and waste of everyones time. I don't see how a sales person could make a living taking so long with each transaction. Dealer owner, less is better. Ask any of your consumers and employees. More

Top of the line salesman, Steve Daniel! I was not looking forward to the drudgery of purchasing a new car. I had my previous car for 12 years and actually had grown quite close to it! lol W I was not looking forward to the drudgery of purchasing a new car. I had my previous car for 12 years and actually had grown quite close to it! lol With Steve's knowledge, accuracy, calm demeanor, my purchase was flawless and stress free. After our purchase, Steve sat in the car with us and explained every little button and gadget, he even set our phone up! One thing that impressed me most, which lacks in the car sales people I have dealt with in the past, was his honesty. When he didn't know the answer to a trivial question, he made it an important question and found out the answer promptly. The car dealership is well laid out with comfortable waiting areas. I did not see a place for the little guys to hang out and believe it would be a welcomed addition to the waiting area. I am counting on future visits for maintenance to go just as smooth and definitely will be referring people to Fred Anderson Toyota. More

Recently, my first highlander (2014) was totaled in an accident. John Lafabregue was one of the first people I called right after the accident because he is very knowledge about all car experiences. He was right there with me as I went through the total loss process and helped me get into a 2016 highlander about 3 weeks later....without his expertise in factory warranties and insurance, I wouldn't have had a down payment for the new vehicle. John is really fun to work with -- and very patient as well. More
