Not going to say anything good or bad. bought a used vehicle it is what it is. Salesman had his 9 am appointment show up at 10:45 so could not help me at my 11:00 appointment. I had to get back to my job and could not wait till he was done. They did deliver my truck to me. Thanks. When I emailed back to say the they forgot the 5th wheel components they said they would send to me. They did. When I said that the keyless entry pad did not work and that the one extra key did not open either the door with the key or the push button key opener did not open the truck either. The response was "I noticed the key was sticky, but I could get it to work" There was no Acknowledgment on the keypad. I will have the local dealer fix the keypad I guess since My business and home is in a town 40/50 miles away. Can not rate anyone in the service dept. but would have liked them to have caught the fact that the door keypad was loose. It leans out from the top of the door. Could have fixed that as well as checking to see if it worked. Before bringing it to me. I had told them I was not in a rush. I suppose they wanted it sold and gone. Kent More
