Not just before you agree to purchase, but long after you've left with your shiny new ride. He is a master of the small details that take the experience from simply good to wonderfully GREAT. Hate the back & forth? Mike is a straight shooter. Hate the wait while your paperwork is "processed"? Mike strives to get the package put together (with *ALL* the necessary forms) so the signing process is incredibly quick.Hate the "I forgot to tell you that, but it won't cost you that much more"? None of that with Mike. If Mike does dance, it's NOT while he's at Criswell on the job.
