I had postponed replacing my 2003 Impala (which I dearly loved) because of this. Thinking to buy a new Impala last summer, I downloaded all of my buyer plans which immediately alerted every dealship within fifty miles. No one had the car I wanted but everyone had "a deal for me." I politely and then less politely told them all to call me when they had the car I wanted. I knew the Castruccis (I taught all the kids at the Park) and my husband had bought his 2004 Escape from them, but the dealership is twenty-five miles from my home. On a whim, I sent an e-mail to Bobby who manages the Ford dealership. He called me immediately and after catching up, he assured me he would find me the Impala I wanted. He did! The whole staff at the Chevy dealership were fantastic. Mike Eimer is very personable and pleasant. Although I was "sort of" family, I watched him work with other customers while I waited for my purchase to be fluffed. The paperwork was simple and quick. There was never any pressure for "add-ons." And the new Keurig machine rocks! A new 2014 Impala LTZ sits in the garage at this moment. I was so pleased hubby went over to the Ford dealership (Bobby's) and bought a new Titanium Escape. Mike was excellent to work with. He gave me an excellent price, was friendly and knowlegable. I was incredibly impressed and so appreciative with his no-nonsense approach to selling a car. I did not end up buying my car there only because they did not have the color I wanted in the 2012 model Equinox...there were only a few left in the city and I ended up buying from a dealer in Indiana. If they had the color I wanted I would've definitely purchased from them. I was so impressed with the way I was treated there...over 4 other dealerships that I talked with....that I felt I needed to leave a review. I would highly recommend this dealership! More
