My experience with Liccardi Ford in Watchung, New Jersey, was disappointing in the sense that they were ultimately unable to help me obtain the vehicle financing I needed. I spent considerable time gathering was disappointing in the sense that they were ultimately unable to help me obtain the vehicle financing I needed. I spent considerable time gathering documents, providing proof of income, sharing my financial information, and explaining my situation in detail. While the outcome was not what I had hoped for, I do want to acknowledge that the staff communicated clearly and professionally throughout the process. They were straightforward about their decision and did not leave me guessing about where I stood. As someone dealing with significant health challenges and an urgent need for reliable transportation to medical appointments and hospital visits, I was hopeful that a solution could be found. Unfortunately, despite my documentation, receipts, and verifiable income, financing was not approved. Although it was ultimately a waste of time from my perspective because I was unable to secure the vehicle, I appreciate the honesty and direct communication.
