Otherwise I have had excellent service from Volvo, most especially in the past from Mike Cluckey. My reason for my Overall Experience Rating of Good, rather than Excellent is, as I have mentioned in the past, your closing of your Route 309 location has inconvenienced me, forcing me to travel further to your Doylestown location, which is quite congested. In the last four years, the service and body departments have taken excellent care of me and my car. Warranty issues were taken care of quickly and easily. Loaner cars mean I don't have to organize my life around their service schedule. Regular maintenance has been performed accurately and fairly priced. Their "Keystone Kash" customer loyalty program makes their service prices competitive with other dealers. When a deer destroyed the front end of my car, their body shop made it look like new again. Bottom line, I have found Keystone Motors Doylestown to be a great place to meet all my Volvo sales, service and body shop needs. If you're looking for any of these services, do yourself a favor and include them in your search. You'll most likely be very happy. More
