When I pointed out that I hadn't authorized this, a senior manager replied that he’d been a car dealer for 20 years and that it didn't matter. He was openly rude and tried to mislead me, refusing to remove the hard inquiry. When I said I would file a complaint, he told me to "do whatever I want." I’m giving them one star for customer service and strongly advise against using this dealer! More
