Icing on the cake I was pretty settled on the car I wanted but the recommendation of a few friends led us directly to Mike Bryson for finding and finalizing the deal. Mike made sure that it was the car I wanted (after securing it for us via a phone call) and took a lot of time and care to make sure I knew about the various amenities included. He is high energy, personable and very knowledgeable, which made the experience of buying my new car (first time ever) even more exciting and enjoyable. I expect my new Outback to last for a long time, but if I ever need a new car, or know someone else who does, Mike will be the first recommendation I give. I will add, the environment (culture) at the Bedford Subaru dealership was superb in general. The entire staff demonstrated professionalism and friendliness throughout.
