2021 Honda HR-V This was one of the best experiences buying a car. We met with Luis and he was very helpful and informative. We got there pretty late but we never felt rushed and we even squeezed in a t buying a car. We met with Luis and he was very helpful and informative. We got there pretty late but we never felt rushed and we even squeezed in a test drive. We were going to trade in our car but last minute decided to keep it and even though the deal was set, it was not a problem. Paperwork for pick up was seemless and they even offered us lunch. When we walked to the car, Ben showed me all the ins and outs of all the features of my car. He was very informative and patient as I asked about a million questions. When we came home we went over the car. My husband was surprised that the fluid levels were correct and the tire pressures were right on. All in all very happy with our purchase More
