Almost everyone was very friendly and helpful. I made an appointment for both my visits, yet no one seemed to know I had. Camren is the epitome of a great car salesperson. I was pretty sure what I wanted and he did not try to sell me something else. He knew everything about the vehicle he showed me. No pressure! Wonderful! Camren worked quickly to give me an offer - a good offer. I was very pleased with the entire experience. When we returned to actually buy the car, Mike B. took good care of Mom and me while we waited. He was there to get us through the entire process. He put up with my nervousness! He was a great help to me! Bri introduced me to all the specifics of the vehicle. She knew EVERYTHING! She did a great job revealing all the little details to me. Over all, it was a wonderful experience. The two low points are: 1. I made an appointment both times and no one was ready for me both times. 2. No one should be forced to listen to an extended warranty sales pitch when they say they do not want any extended warranty. It was awful. The guy was actually mad at me, because I refused. Terrible experience driving away with my new ride, knowing I should be happy but upset because I pissed the guy off. Shame on you for forcing him to do it. Shame on him for not handling it more professionally. I’ll get over it. Next time I look for a good used Honda, I will include that I will not take the vehicle if I have to put up with being bullied into an extended warranty. Kudos to Camren, Bri, and Mike! More
